COP31 Invites Researchers and Practitioners to Submit Climate Evidence

Organisations, researchers, evaluators, and practitioners working on climate and environmental challenges now have the opportunity to contribute to the global climate dialogue through the Evidence for Climate Action (E4CA) programme at COP31.

The newly launched Call for Proposals invites submissions based on completed, published research and evaluations that can inform climate policy and decision-making at the international level. The submission deadline is 31 August 2026 (23:59 UTC−12).

Concept notes, opinion pieces, and unpublished working papers are not eligible. All submissions must be prepared in English and will undergo an eligibility assessment followed by a double-blind peer review.
