EU CAP Network to Host Webinar on Sustainable and Circular Farming Solutions

The EU CAP Network will host an online webinar titled From Practice to Real Life through Sustainable and Circular Solutions on 13 May 2026, bringing together agricultural stakeholders, researchers and practitioners to showcase practical innovations that can be directly applied on farms across Europe. The event will run from 10:00 to 12:00 CEST and will be held in English.

The webinar is being jointly organised by the Soil-X-Change, AQUAGRI-KNOW and thERBN projects. Its main objective is to present tested solutions designed to improve soil health while highlighting how these approaches can be replicated in different regions and farming systems.

Organisers say the focus is on ensuring that innovation reaches farmers where it has the greatest impact — in real agricultural practice.

Healthy soils remain central to the European Union’s long-term agricultural sustainability goals. Practices such as improved soil management, water conservation and circular resource use can help farms become more resilient to climate change, reduce pollution, increase biodiversity and strengthen food production efficiency.

Participants will hear concrete examples of operational solutions rather than theoretical concepts.
