Gourmey Acquires Vital Meat, Forming PARIMAFrench cultivated meat pioneer Gourmey has acquired Vital Meat, forming a new entity called PARIMA. The company will focus on next-generation animal proteins, including cultivated duck and chicken, using scalable, cell-based cultivation techniques.
