Hybrid Workshop: Intellectual Property Protection in Partnerships and Collaborations

StartLife is hosting a practical hybrid workshop on 4 March 2026 focused on Intellectual Property Protection in Partnerships and Collaborations, designed for founders, innovators, and teams developing new solutions in the agrifoodtech space.

This session will take place from 15:30–17:00 CET at Wageningen Campus (Bronland 10-D, the Netherlands) and online, offering participants expert guidance on how to strategically protect and manage intellectual property (IP) when working with partners — whether in research collaborations, joint ventures, or commercial agreements.
Participants will gain insights into:
key IP considerations for collaboration agreements,
strategies to safeguard inventions, trademarks and other intangible assets,
and best practices for ensuring clear ownership and use rights in shared innovation projects.
Clear and well-managed IP protection is crucial for startups and innovators looking to scale, attract investment, and enter new markets. This workshop is part of StartLife’s ongoing efforts to equip its community with actionable legal knowledge and support to accelerate growth and collaboration.
