Meet the 12 FOODITY Innovators Driving Change in Food, Data & Sustainability

FOODITY is a Horizon Europe–funded project supporting 12 innovative teams across Europe that are developing digital solutions at the intersection of food, data, and citizen empowerment. The selected innovators are addressing real-world challenges related to nutrition, food safety, sustainability, traceability, and food waste reduction, contributing to more transparent, resilient, and citizen-centric food systems.
The FOODITY cohort includes a diverse range of solutions, from AI-powered personalised nutrition tools to platforms that help individuals, companies, and communities make healthier and more sustainable food choices. One of the supported innovations is SEBP (Sustainable Employee Benefits Platform), which enables companies to offer sustainable, local products as employee benefits while supporting responsible producers.
Agriventures has been part of the SEBP journey, supporting its development and growth as the platform validated its approach and strengthened its impact within the European food and sustainability ecosystem. This collaboration reflects Agriventures’ commitment to helping innovators navigate funding pathways, build investment readiness, and scale impactful solutions.

Through its open calls and innovation support activities, FOODITY demonstrates how targeted EU funding and ecosystem collaboration can accelerate promising ideas and bring data-driven food innovations closer to market.
